The Broadway Drawing School

The Broadway Drawing School is located in the friendly surroundings of a working artist’s studio and is dedicated to providing a unique choice of professional drawing instruction at all levels. Courses are led by Dr Jac Saorsa (visual artist, writer and researcher).

From beginners' mark-making to advanced drawing techniques, these courses can be complemented by weekly ‘drop in’ life drawing classes, all-day and 2-day intensive workshops, location drawing classes and one to one tuition.

Jan Bennett has arranged an afternoon of drawing at The Pumping Station, Penarth Road, Cardiff from 2 - 5 pm on Tuesday 19 February 2013.

"Established in an old Victorian pumping house, The Pumping Station is home to arguably the most eclectic mix of traders this side of the Severn Bridge. With more than 35 different traders under one roof, it is easy to while away an entire afternoon at this welcoming destination".
